Background:
This company came to CTN with only a very basic technology and communications infrastructure in place.  There was a pressing need for the client to obtain more space for file storage. It was also essential for the company to move its service records online, as the team in the field did not have access to needed client information and was not able to provide the top level of service as it aimed to do.

This company was woefully behind the times in its technology, with a stated goal to move its system “into the 21st Century.”

The CTN Solution:
CTN brought a full, complete solution to the team – from the server and software through to complete on-going support.

CTN worked with the client and updated the client’s server, which was in dire need of expansion and upgrading. This not only enabled in-house software to run much smoother, it also allowed Office 365 to became a core program for the field team, which then facilitated real-time – yet completely confidential - access to client records and files. These upgrades dramatically improved not only how the field team functions today, but also enhanced client data security.

The client appreciates that each member of the team has access to technicians anytime, day or night. One more bonus:  the upgrades in technology have taken a great deal of pressure away from the client’s leadership team.
